Bertie Lloyd

Bertie joined AEF in early 2024 to support the delivery of our campaigns. He has an MSc in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Bristol, during which his interest in aviation led to him focusing his dissertation on the future of air travel sustainability in the UK following the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Bertie has also spent some time working with Flight Free UK on their social media team and has been playing semi-professional football for the last four years with Merstham FC and now Sutton Common Rovers. 

For the last three years, he has been working in medical communications, mainly focused on creating learning and development programmes around disease education. He is excited to return to aviation sustainability and is keen to use his analytical skills to engage in campaigns, policy and communications.
