AEF Proposal for Aerodrome Consultative Committee – Terms of Reference & Constitution

The following was proposed by the AEF as submission for the Terms of Reference & Constitution

  • The name of the committee is the (-) Aerodrome Consultative Committee.
  • The purpose of the Committee is to act as a means of consultation in relation to (-) Aerodrome for the purpose of Section 35 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (revised 2003) or any statutory modifications or re-enactment thereof with the Terms of Reference set out in Part 1 of the Schedule hereto.
