AEF is seeking to employ a qualified Plannning Adviser to assist members in dealing with applications for airport development and other planning issues.
Can you help help a specialist organisation and local communities limit and reduce aviation’s environmental impacts? Your primary task will be to support local communities in understanding and responding to planning issues relating to airport expansion, as well as helping to formulate the Aviation Environment Federation’s response to emerging national planning policies. You should have the ability to communicate clearly, be self-motivated and have some years planning experience.
This is a part-time (21 hours per week), one-year contract which may be extended, funding permitting.
The Aviation Environment Federation is a small, friendly NGO with an office in central London, However, it would be possible for some of the work to be undertaken from home.
