Decade of inaction from ICAO

The organisation ‘Transport and Environment’ has published a devastating indictment of ICAO,  the  ‘International Civil Aviation Organization’. It shows how ICAO have not just failed to act on climate changing emissions, but have sought to obstruct progress.
