Labour transport policy review

The Labour party is currently undertaking a complete review of its policy on transport, and has published a consulation on the way forward. Already, we  have seen signs of a new policy direction for aviation, with leader Ed Milliband (the former Energy and Climate Change Secretary) having stated publicly that the decision of the previous government to approve a third Heathrow runway had been a mistake. Our response to the consultation is below.
