We have identified three gaps in the Airports Commission’s analysis of the climate change implications of airport expansion: a lack of explanation about lower CO2 forecasts, no detail about how CO2 emissions would be reduced and not including full carbon costs in the economic analysis. We are asking people to raise these concerns to the Commission.
